My cousin & her husband are having a Hawaiian themed BBQ today, so I decided to make Hawaiian Garlic Chicken Wings. Tossed chicken wings in a splash of soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper flour & corn starch. Double deep-fried them at 315°F. In another pan, I sautéed minced garlic, then added white wine & soy sauce (2:1), sugar (as many Tbsp as cups of wine), honey, cayenne, sesame oil & sesame seeds. Reduced it in the pan then tossed in the wings.

Don’t wait too long. Life takes unexpected turns, and we don’t always have the time we think we have.
