Since I’m off today, I decided to try out Gordon Ramsay’s scrambled eggs recipe. 3 eggs & a “knob” of butter (huh?) in a pot, whisked with a spatula, whilst going back & forth from the heat, & continue whisking off the heat, cooling it down with 1/2 a tbsp of créme fraîche.
